The comprehensive study, surveying 4,000 respondents across 36 cities, highlighted the unparalleled popularity of cricket’s biggest stars. Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, and Sachin Tendulkar emerged as the top endorsement choices, showcasing the sport’s immense cultural significance.

“What sets cricketers apart is their unique ability to connect with audiences on both emotional and aspirational levels,” said Ashish Karnad, Executive Vice President at Hansa Research. “Whether it’s the nostalgia of Sachin Tendulkar or the electrifying energy of Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni, their hard work has earned them genuine admiration.”
